Judiciary of Necochea
The building’s intent was to provide spacial identity to the concepts of Justice, such as Equity and Transparency, trying to shorten the Justice-Society cultural distance. We adopted an iconic circular shape, avoiding vertexes and spacial privileges. However, the building can be envisioned as a alinear shape folded in a continuous loop rather than a radial structure. The building ring lays over the site creating a central courtyard. However, due to the slope of the terrain, the space flows underneath connecting the surroundings and attracting the people to it’s inside. Sustainability and specially energy control were the goals, while different, for the interior and exterior facade proposals.
