Graphic Resources
Innovation in design led us to employ cutting-edge software. We have over 10 years of experience in project development using BIM modeling through Autodesk Revit and serving as Architect of Record.
We utilize the Revit 360 Design platform to interact in real-time with both consultants and clients.
As design tools and to solve complex forms, we use Rhinoceros along with Grasshopper. The use of these parametric design tools allows us to optimize resources and produce tailored documentation, resulting in efficiency in material usage and consequent cost reduction. Grasshopper also facilitates bioclimatic analysis of buildings, aiding in the design of passive climate controls that do not require extra energy expenses.

We adopt collaborative project management systems to develop and coordinate teams distributed across multiple countries, and we make use of the latest communication platforms for work in each market: BIM 360, Bluebeam, Zoom, and Slack.
