Founded by Gustavo Trosman in the city of Buenos Aires in 2023, the Architectural Studio specializes in the Design, Development, and Supervision of projects for private clients, corporations, institutions, and government agencies. Gustavo Trosman Arquitectos is the continuation of RTN arquitectos, of which he was a founding and active partner for over 20 years.
Our differentiator lies in delivering quality projects with the highest standards of design, technology, and innovation tailored to each need and applied to projects of various scales, such as office buildings, residential buildings, houses, commercial premises, parks, sports ventures, ports, and urban projects, among others. At Gustavo Trosman Arquitectos, in addition to our own projects, we also provide architecture services for third parties, both locally and internationally.
Regarding technology, we are at the forefront in the use of architectural software, such as Revit, Rhinoceros, or Grasshopper.
Additionally, we actively participate in competitions and, as a partner of RTN arquitectos, we were the only Argentine architecture studio to win an international competition to design and build a public work in the United States: between 2004 and 2014, we developed the Beale Street Landing, a waterfront promenade with a tourist port and public space located on the banks of the Mississippi River in Memphis, Tennessee.
Furthermore, in 2007, also with RTN arquitectos, we won our second international competition to design and build La Campa de los Ingleses, the second largest park in Bilbao, Spain, which connects the Guggenheim Museum with other key buildings in the city, designed by some of the world’s leading architects such as Álvaro Siza, Santiago Calatrava, Rafael Moneo, Ricardo Legorreta, and Robert Stern. In this way, we collaborated in completing the Masterplan conceived by César Pelli for that new central area of the city.
Our international projection is complemented by work with Aufgang Architects, for whom we have developed more than 70 buildings in the New York area in the last 16 years, contributing our knowledge of design, executive documentation, and current regulations.
At the national level, we have had a great diversity of commissions. From houses, residential and office buildings, commercial and equipment architecture to masterplans. Particularly, we have developed extensive experience in the integral design of pharmacies. We have designed more than 300 premises throughout the country.
Regarding Masterplans, we have worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires projecting the Masterplan for the Young District, which would serve as the basis for the creation law of the Young District of the City of Buenos Aires, and for the Ministry of the Environment of the Nation for a 10,000 ha masterplan in the Riachuelo basin (together with the German studio Sauerbruch-Hutton). On a smaller scale, we have also developed masterplans for sports institutions and Country clubs, anticipating their future expansion and transformation.
In 2017, we began working with WeWork, an international co-working company, for whom we became the representative architecture office for their branches in Argentina and Chile, developing projects under the BIM platform.
Currently, Gustavo Trosman Arquitectos, through its works, is focused on optimizing production processes in the pursuit of excellence in the provision of the detailed services.
